The Tragic Promising Phone - Samsung Classico
Samsung Classico S7350
Review
Introducing the Samsung Classico. This
mobilephone is built for all users. It has features that is useful in
every aspect. Great calling capability, supports most message
format... everything that you'd like to have on a mobile phone. It
also has a lot of cheap mobile phone cashback deals online. That will
give you great discounts.
Anyway, the Samsung Classico is an
excellent mobile phone if you're on a tight budget. Considering that
it's a low cost mobile phone, it packs good. It only has one feature
that really drags the Samsung Classico but it's a damn let down too.
Here are the details of the Samsung
Classico.
Design:
The Samsung Classico is an interesting
phone if you're looking for phones with decent looks and features but
costs cheap. In this case, the Samsung Classico will do you good.
However, as attractive and solid as it looks, the cover is made up of
plastic and feels kind of fragile. It has a 109 x 50.5 x 12.6 mm and
weighs 108 grams.
The keypads are spacious and it it
feels good to touch. This makes typing easy and which in turn let's
you send messages faster and comfortable.
It has a good screen, a 2.6 Inch 16 Million Colour Screen displaying 240 x 400 pixels resolution. It's great for watching high quality movies/videos.
Communication:
It has a Quad Band Frequency which
supports GSM 850, GSM 900, GSM 1800 and GSM 1900. It also has HSDPA
900 and 2100 for its video calling feature. It's an outstanding phone
and performs really well too.
As you know, the keypads are easy to
use. It is widely arranged and feels really good when pressing it.
Added with Predictive Text, you can easily type your messages and
send them in an instant. It has SMS (Text Messaging), MMS (Multimedia
Messaging) and Email support which is actually all the basic things
you would need on a mobile phone.
Entertainment:
The Samsung Classico has
great features for entertainment. Musisc, video and games, you can do
that in the Samsung Classico. It can play MP3, AAC and WMA
formats. It has an FM Radio RDS which is undeniably useful feature
especially if you have nothing to do, bored out of your mind or just
want to listen to the news. It has a nice Video Player which is
capable playing high quality AVI movies (it has MPEG4, H263, H264,
WMV9 and DivX support).
Camera:
The Samsung Classico is
noted for having a good quality camera, performs really well too! It
can record a very smooth video clip. It has Video Record which
records 30 Frames per Second.
The Camera by the way is a 5 Megapixel
Camera. It has a LED Flash, Auto Focus and Smile Detection. A set of
features which makes picture taking even easier.
Connectivity
and Internet:
You can make the Samsung
Classico a good tool for accessing the Internet and other devices. It
has Bluetooth and USB support, very nice if you want add wireless
devices or use mass storage devices. It has a fast data transfer rate
technology implemented on the phone allowing fast Internet
connection, these are 3G HSDPA, EDGE and GPRS. You
can access the net through its pre-installed WAP 2.0, XHTML and
HTML Browser.
Battery and memory:
For the memory, it
supports expandable memory card which is MicroSD Memory Cards.
As for the battery, this is the main
dragging thing about the Samsung Classico. It can only last up to 4
Hours Talk Time or 350 Hours Standby or lesser. Barely enough to
handle decent length calls...
However, if you're interested in getting this phone. It has a lot of free line rental mobile deals and cheap T-mobile cashback offers added with it's reasonably (and I mean reasonably because of it's low battery power) low cost, you can consider it as a bargain. Anyway, as for me... the features are good and the price is great... might worth the try, you never know it might just be a factory defect. If so you should return it immediately.
